What exercises should I do?

I am trying to lose inches around my butt and thighs, while also toning them up. How do i do that without going to the gym, and running?

sunny You're being too picky. You need to start running! Running is the miracle exercise, I swear by it.

And by the way, you can't target weight loss. You have to lose it all over, not just one place.

So run a mile or so in the morning. You can do it!
